Our payments are processed through PayPal, a secure, widely trusted online payment service. All major debit and credit cards are accepted - you don’t need to set up a PayPal account to order. Once you’ve placed an order, the transaction will be confirmed by email.
About deliveries
Orders are usually dispatched within seven working days of payment.
Within the UK
Our standard UK delivery charge is £2 per order, including packaging and postage. We have tried to keep this charge as low as possible, if you order multiple sets of stickers however it may go up slightly.
Your order will be sent by first class delivery.
When will it get there?
The Post Office aims to deliver most first class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays. So we hope that your stickers don’t take longer than two working days from the day the're dispatched.
Deliveries outside the UK
We happily deliver to Europe and the US Our packaging and shipping charges are:
£3.00 for continental Europe, taking between 5 and 10 days.
£3.50 for the US, taking between 7 and 14 days.
Returns
In the very unlikely event your stickers should arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll send you a replacement. If you’re sending them back for any other reason, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Act you are entitled to a full refund if the items are returned within seven days of receipt. Please make sure you return it in its original condition and packaging. We’d be grateful if you’d enclose a note stating the reason for the return, and telling us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.
